Welcome to your CleanUP.

21 days to the best of you.

Everything you need for the next three weeks lives here: your trainings, your handouts, and your daily routine. Each week has its own page. Work through them in order, starting below.

A Note From Dr. Sherri

Welcome to your CleanUP.

Hi there,

It's Dr. Sherri here, just extending a brief welcome as you get ready for this exciting journey.

“What have I done?” I wonder if that's the first thing that went through your head. I think it's a fair reaction to something new, something that's somewhat unknown to you, and perhaps you're half-expecting I'm going to make your life miserable for the next few weeks.

I get it. You're not alone. One of my favorite success stories was with a woman that started the first night of a local event with donut “dust” at the corners of her mouth, on her blouse and the front of her pants where she had wiped it off her hands. She was so nervous about what she was going to have to do that she ate two whole packages of mini donuts in her car in the parking lot. I love her as a client and, together, we laughed hard that night. She's one of my “sugar people” (which you'll learn about) but in the first few days of starting her “insatiable cravings” were gone. She's a doctor, and now recommends every one of her patients do this for themselves at some point, even yearly.

So anyway, I'm excited you're taking this step. Some of you know me very well by now but for the others let me introduce myself. I am a Naturopathic Physician and Certified Nutrition Specialist. I am the co-founder of and practitioner at Remedy Wellness (formerly HealthE Coaching). My education and training began at the highly-regarded Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. I developed and launched CleanUP (formerly known as the 21 Day Metabolic Cleanse) in 2006 and now thousands of individuals like you have achieved amazing results in just 21 days. After decades of running the program, we at Remedy are never surprised by the results but we still continue to be amazed. You have discovered a truly life-changing program as you will see over the next 21 days; you can't unlearn this information and you won't want to.

There is no need to prepare prior to the first class. After viewing the Week 1 trainings, many Cleansers choose not to begin their program until they are set to start. This is often over a weekend. So just watch the Week One training videos once you have received your CleanUP Start kit, and begin your program when you feel ready. This is a first step in listening to your body and respecting its needs.

For extra support and questions, please join our private CleanUP Facebook group. It's where Cleansers share wins, ask questions, and cheer each other on.

I look forward to our time together. Be sure to get the most out of it.

Choose health, live health, enjoy health.

Let's Begin

Start here.

Before Day 1, do three things: download your Starter Manual, complete the Metabolic Health Assessment inside it, and watch Training 1.1 below. Your Day 1 is a prep day, so pick a day when you can relax and reflect.

Welcome

Let's Get Started

A quick welcome from Dr. Sherri before you begin.

Your everyday routine (every day except Day 1)

  • Morning drink: 8–10 oz. warm water, juice of one lemon, and a sprinkle of cayenne. If you're avoiding nightshades, swap the cayenne for cinnamon.
  • Daily dressing: 4 tsp. organic cold-pressed oil whisked with 2 tsp. unfiltered apple cider vinegar. Enjoy over veggies, on salad, or on its own.
  • Supplements: take your cleanse supplements as directed in your Starter Manual.
  • Dry skin brushing every day, and a contrast shower every time you shower.
  • One physical modality daily: yoga, breathing exercises, journaling, castor oil pack, Epsom salt bath, massage, or sauna (preferably infrared).
  • Water: aim for half your body weight (lbs.) in ounces of clean water each day.
  • Move every single day. Walk, stretch, yoga. Just move.
  • Remember: no gluten, dairy, corn, soy, egg, peanut, or sugar.
